Kingdom Hearts 3 fans are finally getting more details about the ReMind DLC for Kingdom Hearts 3, that’s set to be released this winter. But, sadly there is no exact release date just yet. But the director, Tetsuya Nomura has revealed a little more about what you the players will be expecting from the DLC.
The new game expansion has been confirmed to have special boss battles as Sora takes on Organization XIII again. Square Enix has also confirmed in some of the additional battles the players are going to be able to switch characters.
In addition, players will also obtain additional keyblades by downloading the free update. The update has yet to be released.
- New KeyBlades with form changes, available as free update
- Oathkeeper (light form)
- Oblivion (Dark form)
- New story cutscenes
- Additional secret bosses
- Players will have ability to switch characters
- Only known to be during the “Keyblade war” segment of the game
The only free content are the keyblade forms, the rest of the content you will have to buy through the paid DLC.
The release date for the new content/DLC is Winter 2019-2020
